Shelter Donation
As with any nonprofit organization, donations from the public are largely what keeps us open and operational. Our adoption fees don’t cover the medical expenses incurred in getting a cat spayed or neutered, current on vaccinations and healthy enough for public adoption, let alone our general operational costs (rent, electricity, etc). Please help us provide a safe happy shelter for these cats! And remember, The Cattery is a 501(c)3 organization, so donations are tax deductible! Donate now!
Corporate Sponsorships
Corporate Sponships are now available. Below are the descriptions of each. Levels start at $25 per month, so if you are interested in becoming a corporate sponsor, please email Samantha Person at (JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) or call 854-6369.
Paws Level
When a cat “paws” or “make biscuits” in your lap, he is saying you are his friend for life and he is unconditionally returning that affection. The Paws level is one way to show The Cattery you understand our “knead” to maintain a healthy, home-like environment for our cats as they wait for their forever home.
As a way of saying thanks at the Paws Level, we will:
- place your business card or brochure in the adoption packet that is sent home with each newly adopted cat or kitten;
- mention your business as a sponsor on our website (http://www.thecatterycc.org) or set a link from our website to yours.
- place your business cards or brochures on a table in our store
Purrs level
Only cats purr. Even wild cats purr. Purring has been proven to soothe and calm man and beast alike. Support at the Purrs Level helps The Cattery keep a calm home for our cats.
As a way of saying thanks at the Purrs Level, we will:

Tails Level
The tail is the most expressive part of the cat. Is she about to pounce? Is she upset? Is she peaceful? All these moods are telegraphed through the tail.
