Vaccines, tests and microchips are only done at the time of surgery and are not offered as separate servcies at this time.

Advantage II and Advantix are also available for purchase at the shelter (8201 Weber) Friday - Sunday 12-5pm.


As we receive funding we will have special event days where all surgeries will be a reduced price, so please check back often!

Owned and stray cats must be friendly and arrive in secure carriers.  Only one cat per carrier.

**Feral cats must come to clinics in traps.  The package includes spay/neuter surgery, ear tip, microchip, and Rabies vaccine. 

We currently have traps to loan for those of you wanting to spay/neuter neighborhood cats!  There is no fee, but we do require a $50 refundable deposit!

*Current Financial Assistance:

Gulf Coast Humane Society sponsors a clinic day each month by giving out vouchers that reduce the cost of spay/neuter surgery and a Rabies vaccines to $10.  Please call them at 225-0845 to inquire.

We have been awarded a grant from Petsmart Charities to do targeted spay/nueter surgeries with a Rabies vaccine for a $5 fee on free roaming (indoor/outdoor pets, stray or feral) cats for the 78404 zip code. 

We have been awarded a grant from the ASPCA to do targeted spay/neuter surgeries with a Rabies vaccine for a $5 fee on free roaming (indoor/outdoor, stray or feral) cats for the 78416 zip code.

We have been awarded a grant from the Ed Rachal Foundation to spay/neuter dogs and cats with a Rabies vaccine for low income residents for $10 To qualify you must be able to show proof of financial assistance including Food Stamps, SSI, CHIPS, Medicaid, etc.

“Beat the Heat!!!”  With a grant from the ASPCA, all female cat spays are only $20 through the month of February!
